IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Home Pawtrol rates are based on a time model. Charges are per visit.

The number of pets and services needed will determine the length of each visit. 

No additional fees are charged per additional pets.

Home Pawtrol is open 7 days a week. 

Clients are charged the same rate for weekend visits.

An additional $15 fee is charged for services during major holiday weekends:

Easter | Memorial Day | Independence day | Labor Day | Thanksgiving | Christmas | New Years 

Life happens and Home Pawtrol's cancellation policy was created to be flexible and accommodating of these unexpected schedule changes.

- Single visits must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to receive a 100% refund. A 50% refund is received if cancelled by 9PM the night before service. NO REFUND if services are cancelled outside of required advance notice.

- Scheduled multiple day services must be cancelled 72 hours in advance in order to receive a 100% refund. A 50% refund is received if cancelled 48 hours before service scheduled start time.

Home Pawtrol values the safety of your pets and everyone around them. It is my number one priority to keep your pets safe while you are  away from home.  I require  that all pets under my care are up to date with Rabies vaccination.

When you are ready to partner with Home Pawtrol you will be asked to complete and sign a New Client Information form and Service Agreement.
