Home Pawtrol rates are based on a time model. Charges are per visit. Clients with multiple pet family members are not charged any additional fees.
Home Pawtrol is open 7 days a week.
Clients are charged the same rate for weekend days.
A $5 fee per visit is charged for services scheduled during the following holiday celebrations: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day
Life happens and Home Pawtrol's cancellation policy was created to be flexible and accommodating of these unexpected schedule changes.
- Single visits and one-time services must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to receive a 100% refund. A 50% refund is received if cancelled by 9PM the night before service. NO REFUND if services are cancelled outside of required advance notice.
- Weekly prepaid packages and Holidays must be cancelled 72 hours in advance in order to receive a 100% refund. A 50% refund is received if cancelled 48 hours before service scheduled start time.

Home Pawtrol values the safety of your pets and everyone around them. It is our number one priority to keep your pets safe while you are away from home. We require that all pets under our care are up to date with Rabies vaccination.
The safety of your home is also very important to us.
During our meet & greet consultation we will discuss the best and most secured way to access your home. Here are some available options: Door Lock digital code, Lockbox setup at your home, garage access code or giving us a copy of your house key.
When you are ready to partner with Home Pawtrol you will be asked to complete and sign a New Client Information form and Service Agreement.
If you choose to give Home Pawtrol a copy of your house key, as a way to access your home, please have it ready to be collected during the Meet & Greet consultation or prior to service start date.
